 We went to Primary Children's to donate some stuff for the kids and they had these ice sculptures in front of the hospital. My mom was so excited she had to take pictures! 

This guy was way funny and nice enough to take a picture with us. Not sure why Kandice and I are bending over all awkwardly...

My Mom left her pillow at the hotel so we had to go back about two hours later and see if they had it. She was so excited they did!

This was a wonderful, relaxing Christmas. We got some much needed family time. We all had a lot of fun. But of course its good to be back.

The Forgotten Carols

A lady at work told me about this book. I had seen commercials but never read it. I'm in love with it. I think its going to be a new Christmas tradition for me. The music is great too. The story is about a lady who is a nurse that is a different kind of person with no family her life is her job. She is assigned to go to this mansion and take care of this old man. What he shares/teaches her is amazing and it changes her life forever.

My Favorite Cuddle Partner

I have never had my OWN dog before. We always had family dogs that I liked and enjoyed them being around but I never knew how attached I would get to my own puppy.

Bentley rocks for many reasons here are a few:

He hardly ever barks.. unless hes scared.

He thinks hes a big dog.

He loves to meet new people.

He will lay on his back and wait for a good rub.
He loves meeting new people and animals.

Theres more I could write about this dog but one of my favorites is he ..

Gilbert Christmas Party

Grandma and Grandpa Gilbert had the annual Christmas party on Dec. 19th.

JJ's bill-it brother Lee from Cody Wyoming came down for the weekend so he joined the party. This party is a tradition we always look forward to.  Some of the favorite pictures:

Team Jacob

In one of the sessions there is a girl who is "mother hen" in that class. She always suprises us with what will come out of her mouth... since she acts like shes 16.  Lately the new thing that session ends up playing is vampires and warewolves. So the lady I work with had to ask her mom if they are twilight fans.. of course they are and she said how obsessed this girl is with the series.


So I was talkng to her later in the day and she had told me how she saw new mon. So I couldnt pass up the question team edward or team jacb.

Her exact words were:

Swimming Goggles

I looked down the hall and I saw this kid ( the same one that was going to kick someones a ) smiling as big as he could with something around his forehead covering his eyes. At first I was so confused what it was, but when he got to the end of the hall where I was; I could tell he was wearing swimming goggles. I was trying so hard not to laugh. He told me that he needed them because of the snow storm. It was hard to keep a serious face and to try and convince him that he needed to take them off.

Monday I was kind of in a bad mood for whatever reason.. but this turned it right around. I will NEVER forget how proud he was of those goggles!

I pulled over and we watched them for like ten minutes. I had never been so close to a moose before!

Once again I should have been better at taking pictures.. maybe  the next shower. Jenna is so cute I cant wait tell I get to meet baby Cash!  After the shower the old group got together for dinner. I wish I would have taken a picture! We havent been together for so long .. it was a lot of fun. I forgot how funny Nate and Chad are when you get them together!
